Asana club is a group for expanding your yoga practice, having accountability, and strengthening relationships with others in your community who have similar goals. Asana club is based around a specific pose or family of poses each month. Asana club is for everyone--no yoga skills necessary. Asana club members are encouraged to post their poses on social media and one Asana Club member who posts on social media will be chosen each month to win a one-month Kula membership. To help you learn about the chosen pose, Kula will have three classes each month dedicated to the Asana Club pose as well as a scheduled open mat time for Asana Club members to ask questions about how to achieve their pose and work on it together.
