Includes: mindfulness-based eating habits, yoga asana, traditional herbal remedies, aromatherapy techniques, guided meditation, breathing exercises, yoga nidra, and simple cleansing routines

Daya completed her education with the California College of Ayurveda in 2015 and enjoys sharing the rich practices and many applications of this Indian folk medicine. Her favorite quote about Ayurveda is "Nothing is right for everyone and everything is right for someone.” That is, Ayurveda recognizes every being as unique and therefore everyone’s treatment will be one-of-a-kind!
