Kaylen Meredith grew up in, and in love with the Pacific Northwest and feels lucky to call it home. Kaylen has had a love for yoga since 2011, when she began practicing using breath, and awareness of the mind and body to heal and strengthen her person. Since then, she has learned from and practiced with inspiring yogis from all walks, enjoying many different kinds of yoga and meditation. She teaches with enthusiasm and focus, and uses alignment principles based in her most influential disapline, Anusara yoga. Her classes are a place to feel good and move, while you learn about and connect to your body. She offers space for practitioners of all levels and kinds. After completing her 200 hour teacher training under the guidance of Tiffany Wood and Nancy Burtenshaw in 2015, Kaylen spent the rest of the year traveling; with much time spent in Southeast Asia, studying body mechanics and massage. She has returned to Idaho with her ever-growing passion for healing and is a body worker in Moscow. She is excited to continue her studies and to share the practice of yoga with the Palouse.
