Lonnie has worked as a wilderness guide, outfitter, practicing artist and educator for 40 years. In 2012 he attended his first yoga class and in May 2017 he completed 200-RYT training in Jackson, Wyoming. For Lonnie, the physical practice of yoga is fundamental to maintaining an active lifestyle and improving personal well-being and he is eager to share his discoveries in class. Lonnie likes to play with inversions and arm balances. His classes focus on building strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence to meet new yoga challenges, at any level of experience. and fun. When he’s not in the yoga studio, Lonnie is either on the river or in his art studio at his home in Deary, Idaho, which he shares with his wife and business partner Gail and their five canine and feline companions.
