Sarah was raised in our lovely Moscow, Idaho and continues to bask in this glorious community as a graduate student studying lactation physiology. She is interested in overall health and nutrition for all beings, especially the development of healthy infant nutrition and how one can naturally gain and maintain health. This scientific interest in life and health brought about a circuitous route to yoga, but Sarah fell in love when she started studying yoga more deeply. One of the main focuses of the hatha yoga practice is to get in tune with your own body, and Sarah believes that this concept is integral to maintaining one’s health. She received her 200RYT after finishing her training with Tiffany Wood. Sarah hopes to leave her students with a greater sense of what their own body is capable of as well as skills to practice in life off of your mat. Sarah received her Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher certification in April 2016 from the Shanti Yoga School.
